A backtest of recent hiring signals gives you a starting point. Look at the source, the company’s fit and the proposed next action. A signal is a reason to investigate; it is not proof that a company wants to buy.
Keep the first send deliberate.
Onboarding runs in shadow mode and does not send outreach. Sending requires a connected, eligible sender and the workspace’s sending controls to be enabled.
