01What Perpetual does
Perpetual is a signal-driven outbound app for founders and B2B sales teams who want a focused outbound process rather than a bigger contact list. The current pipeline starts with public hiring activity: open roles, team growth and new functions. A signal is evidence of change at a company; it does not establish budget, urgency or purchase intent, and each opportunity says what its evidence does not prove.
Companies are qualified against your offer before one relevant person is selected, with an explanation. Email is sent from your own connected mailboxes within the sending policy you set; LinkedIn steps are manual tasks.
